The form below can be printed, filled out, and sent to TRIPS along with your deposit. 
All information must be exactly as shown on your passport or other government ID that will be used for this tour. Any charges by airline for name changes will be the responsibility of the passenger.

Remember – your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the scheduled return date of your trip and there must be at least 3 blank pages available for customs stamps.

GROUP SEATING ON FLIGHTS: Each air carrier has a different policy for group seating. We understand that every passenger has personal preferences regarding airline seating. However, aircraft group seating is dictated exclusively by each carrier and we are not permitted to request any special seating in regards to group travel. Our goal is to provide a travel experience that exceeds your expectations. However, seating policies of air carriers are beyond our control.
